
With temperatures rising and summer in full swing, it can be a little difficult to make yourself think about the fall. However, the airlines are ready for you to do just that.
This week, we’ve seen several Europe fall airfare sales and airfare deals for Labor Day and beyond. Now, Delta Air Lines is getting into the mix. The carrier kicked off their fall airfare sale that features deals to/from a range of U.S. and international destinations. Airfare starts as low as $44+ one-way on some routes.
Purchase your airline ticket by July 29, 2010. Travel dates and blackout dates vary depending on destination. Delta has revived an earlier airfare sale from NY to Europe, and this new sale is good for travel starting July 5 through the end of September. Sale ends July 28.
Prices start at $359 one-way, but that price does not include all taxes and fees.
Cheapest cities, in order: Zurich, Manchester, Dublin, Malaga and Valencia.
Couple of things to note: there is a 14-day advance purchase requirement and there are some city-specific blackout dates (but FYI, there are no blackout dates for Dublin).

Delta Air Lines still has summer airfare deals from New York to Europe, but there’s only a few days left to capitalize. You can find flight specials to London, Rome, Frankfurt, Nice, and more. Depending on the route, airfare ranges from $389+ to $589+ each-way for departure between June 14 and August 31, 2010 (travel must be completed by September 30, 2010). There are blackout dates. Purchase your airline ticket by June 7, 2010.

Summer is almost here, and it’s getting pretty close to family vacation time.
Delta Air Lines has launched a vacation package promotion that allows “kids to fly ‘free’ (up to $350 per seat value) with a paying adult and the purchase of an air and 5 nights Beaches Resort package to…Turks & Caicos or Jamaica.”
The vacation package deal is good for “2 free kids airfares per booking (one per paying adult).” The promo is good for travel between May 23 and Dec 17, 2010. Book your vacation package by June 12, 2010 and use the promo code DV11911.

Delta Air Lines has a sale on flights from New York’s JFK to several cities in Europe, great compared to last year, but it is a deal for this summer). Purchase by May 17.
Some blackout dates apply (mostly in June and early July), so it pays to be flexible. These sale prices are good through September, and note that a Saturday night-stay is required.

Delta Air Lines dropped prices to Tokyo from several U.S. departure cities today. In some cases, prices dropped over 30%. This means you can save big if you act quickly.

These good deals include New York to Barcelona starting at about $575 roundtrip total and New York to Dublin for about $550 roundtrip total – but we are seeing the better prices in April. Deals are good for travel in April, May and into June, depending on the city.
