With gas prices continuing to rise, a number of travelers are having to decide whether to take a short-hop flight or fill up the car and drive down the highway for a few hours. Continental Airlines is trying to make that decision a little easier for travelers in Central Texas. They’re offering flights (usually lasting less than an hour) from Houston to San Antonio for as low as $92+ R/T ($108.50 with taxes and fees). According to AAA, the average price (as of 7/17/08) for a gallon of regular unleaded gas is $3.96 in Houston and just under $3.96 in San Antonio.
