WRONG! I just checked what you were saying about special fares on United? Selected one of the dates they had highlighted Los Angeles to Frankfurt ONE WAY cheapest was over $3,000.

I just ran a search on United for travel dates in July and was able to find the price from LA to Frankfurt that they listed (after taxes and fees it was $922.60 round trip).
As stated on the UA site (and our original post): “Fares below are subject to availability and may not be available on all flights/dates”
