When searching for cheap international flights, it’s important to keep in mind that changing your departure date by just a day or two can often save you some money.
Our cheap international flight today is a good example of how a little flexibility can help you keep some cash in your pocket. United Airlines is offering airfare for about $921 R/T (taxes and fees included) from Pittsburgh to Singapore for select travel dates in April. That’s a good deal on this long-haul flight, and there are departure dates in the month of April for the same route that will cost you over $1,200. So, if you can bend a little on your travel dates, you can hold onto close to $300 per airline ticket.

Open Skies are just a few days away, and airports around the US are planning celebrations and gearing up for some first-time arrivals from Europe.
The Open Skies agreements has greatly reduced restrictions on airlines flying between the US and the EU, so some larger airports in the US are getting new direct flights to destinations in Europe and offering flights to airports like London Heathrow for the first time. So, what does this all mean for you?
