In the midst of a tsunami of 7 air fare hikes since Labor Day Weekend, the airlines have thrown procrastinators a bone by firing out a wave of holiday airfare sales. Let’s be clear here! the travel days are not the most convenient, so don’t expect these great prices on the days everyone wants to travel — but if you are flexible you can find some really great deals for both Thanksgiving and Christmas. You absolutely have to book at least 7 days before travel and preferably 14 days to get these deals. Some of the travel periods extend out into early next year (don’t get your hopes up on Presidents Day though). |
